Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. Selena dealt with our order and on arrival of our purchase at the store for collection, we found that the item wouldn’t fit in our car.

I have recently bought quite a few pieces of furniture from Designer Sofas Cardiff (Corner sofa and footstool, dining table and 6 chairs, 3 seater sofa and 2 seater sofa and also some soft furnishing).
I can not compliment the team and the products enough. The sales staff, in particular Nemony and Angela, along with the other members of staff, were absolutely great and extremely knowledgeable with the products on sale in the store.
Delivery was also outstanding and the delivery personnel took care to ensure no damage occurred.
Definitely a 5 star experience and I will be visiting the store as and when I need more furniture.
